Some therapies focus on quick strategies, labels, or techniques to manage symptoms. Anxiety, low mood, or feeling lost, are not treated as problems to eliminate, but as signals pointing to something important that is asking for your attention.

Rather than trying to “fix” you, I slow things down and look at what your experiences are telling you about your life. Together we will explore what it is like to be you in the world right now, taking into account your choices, pressures, relationships, values, and the meaning you make of your life. Therapy will help you to discover what truly matters to you and cultivate the courage to lead a life defined by your own values instead of by old habits or external pressures.

  • Students and young adults: The shift from school into university or work can be more unsettling than anyone prepares you for bringing self doubt, anxiety or a sense of being lost. Therapy can help when the life you expected doesn’t match the one you are actually living.

  • Life transitions & existential crises: Sometimes a specific event like illness, loss, bereavement, or retirement stops you in your tracks. Other times it is quieter: a creeping sense of emptiness or disconnection even when life looks fine from the outside. I can help you to reconnect with what genuinely matters to you.

  • Living between cultures: If you have lived across cultures or carry a specific sense of rootlessness, you may not feel at home anywhere, or everywhere except inside yourself. Therapy can help you build a more settled sense of who you are, wherever you may find yourself.

Clinical Supervision: A Space for Reflection and Growth

Clinical supervision gives you a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and explore your work with clients. Our sessions are a collaborative partnership, guided by curiosity, openness, and a complete absence of judgement.

You will receive practical guidance, theoretical insight, and a supportive sounding board to strengthen your professional skills and personal wellbeing. We focus on your evolving professional identity, ethical practice, and navigating clinical challenges, while also helping you keep healthy boundaries, prevent burnout, and stay grounded.

Supervision is available in person on the Monaco border/Beausoleil or in London, and online globally, to suit your professional life.
