From High-Stakes to Human Being

My path to psychotherapy was not a straight line, and that is my greatest asset. Before retraining, I spent years navigating the high-pressure environments of Investment Banking and Political/Economic Journalism.  

Today, I am still active in the corporate world as a Non-Executive Director. This ongoing involvement allows me to bring a unique, grounded perspective to our sessions. I do not just understand corporate stress, work-life balance, and the pressures faced by professional women theoretically, I understand them deeply and personally.

I am particularly attuned to the complexities of "Third Culture" life and the disorientation that follows global transitions. Whether you are navigating a global career or searching for an authentic identity when your roots are spread across multiple countries, I offer a space that respects the nuances of your story.  

My goal is to help you bridge the fragmented parts of your identity and move toward a more centred, authentic way of being.
